Packaging design and branding for Rawlicious. A brand specialising in healthy snacks made from locally sourced, organic vegetables.

The design challenge

The design challenge was making a healthy snack brand stand out in a very competitive market. Rawlicious already had a successful range of award winning products stocked in M&S, however their existing packaging didn’t do their products justice. They required a rebrand to make Rawlicious stand out within the healthy snack market, while also looking modern and appetising. Finally the packaging also needed to work with the German market so needed to have clear messaging and photography across all packs.

The design solution

The solution was to show how healthy food can also be delicious. A rustic logo was created and paired with vibrant photography, representing the simple and honest ingredients within the veggie crisp range. The packaging needed to work for the German market too, therefore vibrant photography was introduced to ensure the consumer understand the flavour profile instantly. The end result was a design that was clean and fresh reflecting the locally sourced, organic vegetables.
